DOGS NEED HOME…FAMILY MOVING
By John Packer
Pele and Ellie need a home by July 11.
A family of four from Piscataway that is moving into a smaller home to care for invalid parents is looking for a home for their two beloved family dogs since there is no room for them in the new place.
The family does not want to put the dogs into the local shelter because the shelter puts the animals to sleep after 10 days, and this is not what the family wants for the dogs. The dogs do not have to be taken to the same home.
The family is willing to give $250 per dog to help with some of the costs plus their food.
Both dogs are house dogs and go to the bathroom in a fenced in yard. They sleep and eat inside.
Pele is a Rotweiler. She was born April of 2008. She weighs 103lbs. She actually is very eager to meet new people and thinks they are all there for her to play with. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on all her shots. All her records are at Redbank Animal Hospital in Tinton Falls, NJ
Ellie is a Boston/Cairn Terrier mix. She is 5 years old, born October 30, 2005. She is spayed. All her records are at Redbank Animal Hospital in Tinton Falls, NJ. She loves to be pet, loves to sit on your lap, loves to kiss, loves to chase her tail when you tell her get your tail, she just likes to play a lot, she has lots of energy.
The family is moving July 11th and if they cannot find someone to foster or give the dogs a home they will have to give them to the local shelter which will only give them 10 days.
